RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
· We request you to please note and follow the below mentioned points before placing orders or after receiving the delivery:
We strongly recommend inspecting the product as soon as possible once they are received.

Please note that we only offer size exchanges. To be eligible
for exchange, the item returned must be unused, unworn, and in the same
condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging
with all tags and labels attached. The product returned must not be in a poor
condition or show any signs of wear, stains, or damage.

Please note all exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the
desired size is unavailable, you can opt to exchange your item for an alternate
product. In such a case, you can return it to obtain e-store credit (3 months
validity) and purchase the new item separately.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE/WRONG PRODUCT

In case of defective/damaged products or wrong product delivery,
please contact us promptly within the same day of delivery or latest within 48
hours from the receipt of the product by sending an email at [email protected]
providing your order number and date, invoice copy and explaining briefly the
issue faced. You are required to provide the package unboxing video and 3-4 clear
photographs for damaged/defective/wrong product received.

We will check the details and arrange a reverse pick up of the
product subject to the availability of the service in your area pin-code.

Once we receive the product back, we will conduct an inspection.
Rest be assured your request shall be taken care of. We will investigate the
case and notify you via email within 48 hours whether the claim is approved or
rejected and the best available resolution to the issue. We may, at our
discretion, either provide an exchange of such product or refund the amount
paid or provide any other suitable resolution depending on the facts and
circumstances.

In case refund is approved by us, the payment made by you will
be refunded through the same payment method in 7 to 13 working days from the
date we approve the same.
